| Preparation | To make 100 rolls, place the entire contents of the bag into a mixing bowl. Add 2.25L of warm water. Use a dough hook mixer on a slow speed for 1 minute. Then continue to mix for 7 minutes on medium speed. Cut to shape as required and form into bap shape. Place dough balls on a greased baking tray and leave to prove in a warm place until the dough has risen significantly. Bake the rolls for 10-15 minutes at 200 degrees in fan-assisted ovens. |
