McDougalls chocolate sponge cake mix. This cake mix is convenient and easy to use, providing caterers and chefs with consistently great results every time. Just simply add water and stir to blend the mixture together. FSA 2017 compliant. No artificial flavours or preservatives. Baked sponge is freeze thaw stable. Each 3.5kg catering pack makes approximately 87 x 60g portions.
WHEAT Flour (with added Calcium, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Sugar, Vegetable Oils (Palm, Rapeseed), Fat-reduced Cocoa Powder, Dried EGG, Raising Agents (E450, E500, E501), Skimmed MILK Powder, Dried Glucose Syrup, SOYA Flour, Emulsifiers (E470a, E471, E472b, E472e, E477, E482), MILK Protein, Stabiliser (E466).
