This veal jus paste makes a dark brown coloured stock with typical strong flavour and odour of veal meat. It can be used to add richness and flavour to braised meat, casseroles and pie fillings - transforming your special signature sauce. Meets FSA salt guidelines. Each 1kg catering pack makes approximately 10 litres.
Veal stock (meat from bones, extract, water, meat, fat), modified tapioca starch, yeast extract, glucose, salt, tomato paste, potato maltodextrin, carrot juice concentrate, mushroom juice concentrate, lovage root powder, spice.
