This korean mari base marinade is a glossy red-brown paste made from a rich authentic blend of South Asian chilli and spices.This gives it a rich savoury flavour of sesame, garlic and ginger with only a hint of sweet chilli. Superb when used on chicken, salmon, steak, vegetables, fish and kebabs. Each pack makes approximately 83 servings. Suitable for vegans, vegetarians and coeliacs.
Soy sauce (water, SOY, WHEAT*, salt), Brown sugar, Garlic puree, Sugar, Roasted onion puree, Water, Salt (NaCl), Ginger puree, Vegetable oil (sunflower), Yeast extract, Apple juice concentrate, Red bell pepper powder, Red miso (water, SOYBEANS, rice, salt, ethanol), Maize starch, Flavouring, Chili pepper.
*Gluten is less than 20ppm so product is still considered gluten-free.
