This beef stock powder mix is ideal for use as a partial or total replacement for beef in a wide range of food applications. It is superb when used in soups, sauces gravies, pie fillings and casseroles. Each 1kg tub makes approximately 62.5 litres. There are two tubs in this catering pack.
