Lee Kum Kee Black Bean Sauce is full of flavours primarily from the fermented black beans. Create your own classic authentic Chinese black bean flavours at home. Extremely easy to use, with a little going a long way. Each 2.4kg (1.95 litre) bottle contains approximately 100, 20g portions.
Soy Sauce (Water, Salt, SOYBEANS, WHEAT Flour), Fermented Black SOYBEANS 18% (Black Soybeans 83%, Salt, Water), Sugar, Water, Salt, Dehydrated Garlic, Salted Chilli Peppers (Chilli Peppers, Salt), Ginger, SOYBEAN Oil, Fish Extract [ANCHOVY (FISH), Salt], Rice Wine (Water, Rice, WHEAT), Modified Corn Starch.
