A soft spread containing 55% vegetable fat. This product is perfect for baking low-fat cakes, and for spreading on sandwiches or toast. The Caterfood Select Soft Spread is a great all-rounder when it comes to soft spreads, offering a pleasing, mild flavour. This product is similar to margarines and contains less fat, and less saturated fat, than most butters. Each tub is 2kg.
Vegetable oils (rapeseed oil, palm oil, sunflower oil), water, salt, emulsifier (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), whey powder (MILK), BUTTERMILK powder, preservatives (potassium sorbate), acid (citric acid), natural flavour, vitamins (vitamin A, D3), colour (carotenes).
