Frozen, pre-filled macarons as part on the Bridor Lenotre range. On each tray there are 8 pieces of the following 6 flavours: Salted butter caramel, Chocolate, Lemon, Raspberry, Pistachio, Vanilla. They can also be used singly to decorate larger desserts, cheesecakes, trifles, gateaux etc. Each piece is approximately 12g: diameter - 4cm & height 2.6cm. There are 96 pieces in each 1.2kg bulk wholesale pack.
Salted butter caramel macaron : Salted caramel filling 33% (sugar, CREAM, water, cocoa butter, BUTTER, caramel 7% (sugar, water), lemon juice, salt 0.3%), icing sugar (sugar, potato starch), ALMOND powder 18%, EGG white, sugar, cocoa powder, apricot puree (antioxidant: ascorbic acid, acidifier: citric acid).
