Ingredients: vegetable oils (palm oil, rapeseed oil), water, salt, emulsifier (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), preservative(potassium sorbate), acid (citric acid), flavour, vitamins (A, D), colour (beta carotene).

| Preparation | Issue with sponges not rising as much and how to resolve: 1. Use the traditional 1-2-3 method. Fully cream the product with sugar before adding other ingredients. Do not use a "one pot" recipe. 2. Use the product at room temperature (18 degrees celsius) wherever possible. The product is totally stable and "happy" at this temperature. I suggest 24 hours out of the fridge and in the storeroom. 3. Apply additional physical energy. By this I mean that it may take longer to cream the product in the mixer compared to the previous one |
