BUT we don't deliver outside the UK


If you have a delivery deadline, please phone Customer Service on 0845 2415 245 or 01842 820420 to discuss your requirements, or send us an email.
Orders are checked for stock availability at the time they are placed, and you will be notified if delivery is going to be delayed. Should we be unable to deliver, we will let you know by email for Standard Delivery. If you wish to cancel the order at this time, your payment will be refunded in full.
When your order has been packed ready for despatch, you will receive an email from our Carrier giving the Consignment No. and the delivery day. There will also be a link to allow you to track your order on the Carrier’s website.
When you're filling out your Delivery Address, please remember we need an address where someone will be there to receive the order - our carrier makes a charge for repeat delivery attempts if no-one is available – or alternatively please give instructions where the delivery may be safely left, preferably under cover.
We do not sell part-cases, only full cases. The long shelf life on most of our products means you can order for weeks ahead, and they will keep perfectly if stored correctly - see FAQ
